Soothing, heavyweight, all-original modern roots dubwise sound. Composed and mixed by Samuel Godin, and featuring members of John Brown's Body, Earthdriver and several special guests. The tracks presented here were recorded and mixed "live", dropping sounds in and out spontaneously, on the fly, in the style of early dub reggae pioneers of the 1970s such as King Tubby, Lee Perry and Agustus Pablo. But although the "outdated" analog recording techniques are similar, Dubfarm's sound can stray pretty far from most Jamaican-style dubs. Cultivated with care, and picked at full ripeness, please welcome yourself to a taste of the fruit of the Dubfarm....
